This year will be our 2nd full event season at our new facility in Lindstrom, MN. Last year was a success and this year we are very excited about the 2005 event season. We have a full schedule of events already booked for our indoor arena and are excited to offer the opportunity for your business to advertise at these events in a variety of ways.

The advertisement options we are offering in 2005 will include 2x4 banner advertisements that will be proudly displayed in the arena all year, vendor booth opportunities and program advertisements. You can choose 1, or all 3 of these options to advertise your business.

Option 1: 2x4 Banner Advertisement $250/year
(includes banner)
This banner will be displayed all year during all events. Oasis currently has 15 weekend events booked from April thru August and are currently working on fall bookings. We anticipate attendance of 100's of people per weekend. This is a great opportunity to get exposure for your business at a specific group of people who are Obviously interested in the equine industry.
     
Option 2: Vender Booth at specific events $25 per event or $200 for a booth at all events
This is an opportunity to set up a booth during our larger events and make direct contact with the participants and spectators. The following is a listing of events that booths will be available:

  We obviously can not guarantee attendance numbers; however, we anticipate 100-200 participants at our Barrel Racers and 100+ participants at our WSCA shows.  
Option 3: Program Advertising $250/year (includes banner)
1/4 page ad $25 per weekend or $100 for all 5 programs
1/2 page ad $50 per weekend or $200 for all 5 programs
Full page ad $75 per weekend or $300 for all 5 programs
Full Color Inside Cover $100 per weekend or $400 for all 5 programs
Full Color Back Cover $150 per weekend or $600 for all 5 programs
     
Option 4: Combine all 3 advertisement opportunities to include a 2x4 banner displayed all year at all events, vendor booth at all 10 weekend events and a full page ad in all 5 Cash Back Barrel Show programs. For a discounted price of $500 (overall savings of $250!)

ARENA RENTAL RATES
100 X 200' Indoor Arena $500 per day
(rate includes PA System w/ cordless headset & electronic times)
140' x 240' Outdoor Arena $350 per day
2 Day Rental of both Indoor/Outdoor $1500 per weekend
Daily Stall Rental Avail. Upon Request
 $25/Day plus bedding
($5 per bag of shavings - owner to provide own buckets/grain & hay)
If additional services are needed such as additional restrooms, seating, etc., there will be an additional charge
Insurance binder required for all individuals/organizations renting arena(s)
